About the Department

The School of Social Work at the University of Edenberg is committed to training compassionate professionals who will make a meaningful impact on individuals, families, and communities in Zambia and across Africa. Our programs equip students with the knowledge, skills, and values necessary for effective social work practice in diverse settings, including healthcare, community development, child welfare, and social justice advocacy.

Entry Requirements

Bachelor Degree Programme

A Grade Twelve (12) Certificate with 5 Credits or better in English Language and any other four (4) subjects in the Zambian School Certificate or General School Certificate of Education or Cambridge International Examinations or Equivalent. or Diploma in the relevant field to be admitted to second year.

Master Degree Programme

A Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution relevant to the programme.
