Bridging Programme
Candidates who do not satisfy admission requirements for diploma or bachelor’s degree programmes can join the university through a bridging programme. Candidates under this programme will only proceed into diploma or degree programmes upon passing all the modules. The entry requirements into the bridging programme are as follows:
Pass in at least six subjects, including English Language, with a credit in at least one of
them. or equivalent and should not be less than the equivalent of 6 weeks (i.e., 30 credits;
300 notional hours of learning).
Pass in five subjects, including English Language, with credit in at least two of them. or
equivalent and should not be less than the equivalent of 6 weeks (i.e., 30 credits; 300
notional hours of learning).
Bachelor Degree Programme
Mature Entry
Grade Twelve (12) School Certificate with Work Experience or Equivalent.
Post Graduate Diploma
A Bachelor Degree from a recognized institution and relevant to the programme.
Master Degree Programme
Arts Programme
A Grade Twelve (12) Certificate with Credit or better in English Language and any other four
(4) subjects in the Zambian School Certificate or General School Certificate of Education or
Cambridge International Examinations or Equivalent and relevant Undergraduate degree
from a recognized institution or equivalent qualifications.
